Getting Started
Thermal is an AI-powered SSH terminal that helps you automate complex DevOps tasks using natural language. Connect to your servers and let the AI agent handle multi-step operations safely.
Download
Download Thermal for your operating system:
- Windows - Download for Windows
- macOS - Download for macOS
- Linux - Download for Linux
First Launch
When you first open Thermal, you'll see the connection panel on the left and the terminal area on the right. The terminal remains empty until you connect to a server.
Create an account to sync your connections across devices. Click Sign In in the top-right corner.
Creating Your First Connection
Click New Connection
In the sidebar, click the + button or New Connection to open the connection form.
Enter Server Details
Fill in your server information:
- Name - A friendly name for this connection
- Host - The server's IP address or hostname
- Port - SSH port (usually 22)
- Username - Your SSH username
Choose Authentication
Select either Password or Private Key authentication and enter your credentials.
Connect
Click Connect. Once connected, you'll see the terminal prompt and can start running commands.
